Michael K. Kalman
Michael Kalman is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MediaCrossing Inc., a leading, award-winning, independent digital advertising agency. In this role, he leads the advertising team that is dedicated to helping agencies and advertisers earn and then own the “customer conversation” through activating data and engaging audiences across all screens.
MediaCrossing Inc. was founded by Michael Kalman in 2012 with the mission of helping under-served brands across all major consumer verticals access the tools, technology and expertise traditionally reserved for only the largest, most established brands. As Founder and CEO, Michael Kalman has brought his experience from working on leading brands to help MediaCrossing’s middle-market advertisers use their valuable media budgets to “punch above their weight” and achieve notable outcomes. Our focus from inception was – and remains – to provide our clients with the thought leadership, transparency and the advertising horsepower that delivers both increased market-share and revenue. We act as a true extension of our client’s marketing teams, handling all media strategy development, planning, buying and analytics out of our Stamford, CT headquarters.

SVP ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Dania has a proven track record of building and leading expert account management teams focused on creating custom solutions for clients that help them achieve their marketing and advertising objectives. Working on a wide range of clients across multiple categories with varying objectives, Dania becomes fully immersed with each client team and brand to understand their vision and ensure solutions tailored to that vision are developed and delivered successfully.
Prior to MediaCrossing, Dania was an Account Manager at Expo Communications, which operated the ExpoTV, consumer oriented video platform. Additionally, Dania has filled roles at L’Oreal, Valassis, and DIAGEO.
Tessa has been instrumental in developing MediaCrossing’s data driven, audience focused methodology and is the architect of the MX media planning process. With a focus on customized solutions that meet and exceed client KPI’s, Tessa builds robust, go-to-market strategies for clients across multiple tactics, platforms, channels, audiences and markets.
Tessa joined the MX team after graduating from Claremont McKenna College with a BA in Economics and Spanish and has since risen to run all of our Media Strategy efforts.
Rob’s career has been built around creating scalable operational processes for early stage companies, with a focus on supporting Sales, Account Management, and Operations during periods of rapid expansion. Rob started in the Recruitment Advertising and Digital Advertising space during his tenure at HotJobs and Yahoo! (acquired HotJobs in 2002).
He has spent the entirety of his professional life as a Sales and/or Operations leader at HotJobs.com, Yahoo! HotJobs, Yahoo!, Mimeo.com, Booker Software, and MediaCrossing. Immediately prior to re-joining the MediaCrossing team, Rob was the VP of Sales Operations at Bitly, the world’s leading provider of link management solutions.
Mary is an experienced financial executive with proficiency in developing and directing financial and operational departments. She is a certified management accountant, certified public accountant, and certified in strategy and competitive analysis.
With 25+ years of finance experience, Mary has worked in both public accounting and private companies in a variety of industries. Immediately prior to joining MediaCrossing, Mary was the Senior Director of Corporate Accounting at Newell Brands.
